Refund & Return Policy

Jersey Box is committed to clear communication and fair policies. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos showing the issue. You may reach us by email at jerseyboxcanada@gmail.com or via Instagram @Jersey.Boxx.

Requests for returns or exchanges made for reasons other than damage may be considered at our discretion and will be subject to a $15 processing fee per jersey, in addition to any applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund or cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per jersey, plus a $5 shipping fee, as orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing checkout.

Order Changes

Requests to modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and can be made at no additional cost by contacting us at jerseyboxcanada@gmail.com or through Instagram @Jersey.Boxx.

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will be subject to a $15 processing fee per jersey.

If a change request is sent within the allowed time frame but reviewed after 24 hours, it will still be honored without charge.

Incorrect Address Policy

Jersey Box is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, a $15 processing fee per jersey and a $5 reshipping fee will apply.
